My Bank Account is -250. HELP.

This not been a good year so far...
Hi guys. So I am about to be -250ish in my bankaccount because of a Sallie Mae loan. If I halt the payment then I default on my student loans. I have been so anxiety and stressed lately I’m having to go in for bloodwork because I’m suffering chest pains and dizzy spells. All in all while I have some Parttime gigs in the works …. Its not helping my situation now. Ontop of that my ol Corgi is acting up and I’m awaiting a full panel bloodwork.. Not sure how much that is gonna cost… :/ My Poor Puppy
I’m scared. I’m flat out scared of this upcoming month and my bills. So I really really need you guys help in sharing this. More than anything Ive ever shared before. I will be opening other types of commissions later today incase someone wants more than a bust shot.
